That is why our virtual women’s cooperative acts as a portal between female weavers in rural Morocco and the tasteful clients who are interested in purchasing their exquisite and unique textiles. Our products are shipped from Morocco. Generally, your order will be processed within 1-3 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping from Morocco is fast and secure !

You are entitled to cancel, refund or exchange your order within 3 days. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We want you to be thrilled with your new items. If not, we’ll do what we can to make it right. We stand behind our products 100%.

Goods that are returned and deemed to have been used or tampered with will not be offered a refund. Thus we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
